Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
